Deep Tissue – Our therapist, who are carefully chosen, for their sensitivity as well as their range and depth of experience. Deep tissue is the understanding of the layers of the body, and the ability to work with tissues in these layers to relax, lengthen, and release holding patterns in the most effective and energy efficient way possible.

Myofacial Release – As taught at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, is designed to be a highly intuitive process, where the therapist does more than just “rub” or even massage the superficial muscles for the purpose of relaxation. The purpose of Myofacial Release is the revitalization, rehabilitation, and re education of the bodies’ holding pattern, restoring physical health, full range of motion, and emotional health.

Cranial Sacral – Enjoy each luxurious moment as you enter a state of deep relaxation and well-being. This therapy is a gentle, hands on approach to bodywork It focuses on the bone of the head, spinal column, sacrum, and underlying structures. The main objective of this work is to find restrictions and/or compression in these areas and used specifically designed techniques to release these areas.

Trigger Point – Trigger point therapy is a highly effective technique used to alleviate chronic pain and dysfunction. It can be used in several therapeutic settings as a therapy by itself or integrated into a session with complementary techniques, such as a seated massage over the clothing, or under clothed in a spa setting using oils and lotion. Active trigger points exasperate several syndromes as well as joint, muscle and visceral pain.

Exfoliation – Treatments directed at improving the cutaneous or skin health.
